The two types in this series primarily use different vacuum pumps: an oil diffusion pump and a turbo molecular pump, which not only differ in the achievable pressure but also in their mechanisms. Therefore, please choose the type that suits your purpose and application, especially in cases where cleanliness is required.

This is an automatic vacuum drying and baking device designed as a production machine. It is a vacuum drying device that pursues the reliability, durability, and operability required for production lines, while enabling high-temperature processing up to 650°C. Please choose a model that suits your purpose and application from two types with different ultimate pressures and exhaust speeds (DY-P and DY-MP). ■ DY-P Type The exhaust system is composed solely of an oil rotary vacuum pump, achieving an ultimate pressure of ×10 Pa. ■ DY-MP Type The exhaust system consists of an oil rotary vacuum pump and a mechanical booster, achieving an ultimate pressure of ×1 Pa, which is one order of magnitude better than the DY-P type, and provides a large exhaust speed due to the mechanical booster. It is suitable for the bulk processing of workpieces containing a lot of gases.
Instead of oil, water is used for vacuum sealing, lubrication of rotating parts, and cooling of sliding parts.
The water-sealed pump consists of a circular casing and an impeller, with the impeller mounted in an eccentric position relative to the casing. When an appropriate amount of sealing water is added to the casing and the impeller is rotated, as shown in the diagram, the mass of the sealing water forms a concentric ring along the inner wall of the casing due to centrifugal force. By utilizing the change in volume of the space enclosed by the inner wall of this sealing water ring and the blades of the impeller as the impeller rotates, the actions of suction, compression, and exhaust are continuously performed through the suction and exhaust ports provided on the side wall or the inner wall of the impeller. Furthermore, efficient exhaust is achieved through high-speed rotation. Additionally, the sealing water serves as a seal to ensure that the gas being drawn in is always exhausted.
